Ingredients
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup bran
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup ground flax seed
8 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup shredded coconut
3 cups mixed dried fruit (your choice)
1/2 cup

ground flax seed

s rolled oats

raisins
1 cup
shredded coconut

s mixed dried fruit (your choice)
Instructions
Preheat 250 Farenheit.
Heat wet ingredients until thin. Mix all dry ingredients except fruit and then mix well with wet. Bake for 1 1/2 hours stirring every 30 minutes. Remove from oven and add fruit. Mix well and let cool. Store in airtight container or freeze.
