4 pieces Texas toast
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Sprinkle nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract

4 pieces Texas toast 2 eggs 2/3 cup milk 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients in a blender/mixer
Bring some vegetable oil hot on low/med heat
Dip Texas toast in mixture and fry in the pan, flipping until desired crispness

This mixture can make 4 - 6 slices, only 4 for mine because I soak them good.
