Dark Chocolate Candy by

Ingredients

1/4 bag (56.75 grams) Nauitas Cacao Butter from dierbergs, break into small pieces
3 tablespoons butter (43 grams) or use 100 grams of cacao butter for more percentage of cacao used.
2 tsp vanilla extract Watkins original
1/2 tablespoon local raw honey
1/2 cup 100% pure cocoa

Instructions

Boil pan of water on medium heat, place glass or metal bowl on top melt butter in bowl and remove from heat
Add vanilla extract, stir
Add honey, stir
Add cocoa and stir it all together

Pour the mixture into silicone dish or silicone Candy makers and stick in the refrigerator

Add more honey for sweet chocolate and replace it with stevia for diabetic dark chocolate
