1/2 onion diced
1 cloves garlic minced
4 mushrooms thinly sliced, I use portobello or button
2 lb beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 cups beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients Cook on high in a crock pot for 8 hours
Then shred the beef and add a small bag of uncooked noodles
Then cook until noodles are tender
I use egg noodles but anything will work
