1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
6 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of chocolate chips milk or semi sweet

1 5 cups heavy whipping cream 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk 6 cup s milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cup s of chocolate chips milk or semi sweet

Stir together all the ingredients into a 5 qt crock pot, cover and cook on low for two hours stirring occasionally. Until all the chocolate chips are melted.

Once melted switch to warm setting on crock pot. Stir before serving

Put marshmallows or whip cream on top as a garnish if you wish
