Ingredients
1 package cream cheese cubed (8 oz)
4 Tbs Butter / divided
1 large onion chopped
2 celery stalks
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 lb cooked shrimp
2 cans of crab meat (6 oz each)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup cooked rice
1 jar (4 1/2 oz) mushrooms drained
1 tsp garlic salt
3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers. About 12 crackers

Instructions
Preheat oven to 35o.
In a small saucepan cook and stir cream cheese and t tbs butter until melted and smooth. In another skillet saute onion, celery, green pepper and remaining butter until tender. Add shrimp, crab, soup, rice, mushroom and garlic, pepper, and the cream cheese mixture.
I an large ovenproof skillet or baking dish add the mixture along with cheddar cheese and cracker mixture. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes.
