German Apple Cake by

This cake is also yummy with a crumb topping sprinkled throughout the batter before baking. The crumb recipe is part of the LoLo's apple crisp recipe!
Ingredients
5 -6 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
Mix:
5 Tbls. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Pumpkin spice
Mix:
3 cups flour
2 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/3 cup orange juice or cider
Add:
1 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a bundt pan Pam.
Sprinkle apples with spiced sugar, stir to coat and set aside.
Mix together next 7 ingredients. Add BS and BP.
Add apples. Stir well and pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350f for about 1 1/2 hours.
