Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. salmon fillets
Lemon pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup veg. oil

1/2 lbs. salmon fillets
1/3 cup

1/3 cup

Instructions
Season salmon. Place in ziplock bag.
Prepare marinade and add to bag. Turn to coat the fish.
Refrigerate 2 or more hours.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly oil grill. Place salmon on grill and throw away the marinade. Cook fish 6 to 8 minutes per side or until it flakes with a fork.
