Ingredients

1 1/2 Loaves frozen bread dough-(Bridgeford, if available, thawed in fridge overnight )
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon

1 stick butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 cup heavy cream, milk or ice cream. (Whatever is on hand)

Instructions

Grease a lg. Bundt pan. (NOT angel food cake pan)
Cut the whole Loaf in 1/2 then all three in 1/2 again and then each piece in thirds and each chunk in half ( 36 chunks)
Put 1/4 cup sugar and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl or plastic storage bag and shake until combined.
Drop dough pieces several at a time into the bowl and roll or the bag and shake. Coat dough and drop each piece evenly in the Bundt pan. Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top of the dough in the pan.
Bring butter, sugars , milk and cinnamon to a simmer, stirring occasionally - 2-3 min.
Pour mixture evenly over dough in pan. Let rest, covered, on counter for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 350.
Remove cover from bundt pan. Place pan on a large baking sheet that is lined with foil.
Bake 40 minutes then let rest 10 minutes before inverting onto serving plate ----(CAREFULLY) wait about 15 seconds then slowly lift bundt pan. Say WOW OOH AHH!
Pull each delightful piece off with your paws! No utensils allowed! Oh, Maybe a fork...careful! It's HOT!
