Simple Pork Chops and Potatoes by

Ingredients

6 Pork chops
5 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

In a greased 13 x 9 inch pan, layer half of the potatoes. Top with half of onions, then the remaining potatoes and onions. Arrange pork chops on top. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the pork chops. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour. Simple!
