Baked Ziti by

Ingredients

1lb. Ziti, cooked al dente
15 oz. ricotta
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated Romano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. Chopped fresh parsley
4-5 cups favorite sauce
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, cubed
Grated cheese for top

Instructions

Mix pasta w/ 3 cups sauce. Combine ricotta, eggs, 1/2 of Romano, S&P and parsley. Place 1/2 pasta in 9 x 13 pan. Top with ricotta mixture and half of mozzarella cubes. Top with ziti, sauce, cubes and Romano. Freeze or bake at 350 F uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
**** To bake frozen---bake 1 hour covered then 15 minutes uncovered or until bubbly

BAKE ON A COOKIE SHEET just in case!
