Chicken & Kraut by

Ingredients

2-3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Salt
Pepper
2 c. sauerkraut, drained
2-3 c. provolone cheese, grated
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 c. Russian or Thousand Island Dressing

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. Set chicken in bottom of dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread sauerkraut over chicken and sprinkle with cheeses. Drizzle dressing over cheese. Cover and bake 20 minutes (or more if breasts are thick). Serves 6-8.
