Ingredients
3 lb. ground beef
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 t. chili powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 t. salt (or less)
1/2 t. pepper (or less)
Sauce:
2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 t. liquid smoke
1/2 t. garlic powder

Instructions
Combine all meatball ingredients (mixture will be soft) and shape into walnut-size balls. Place in single layer on wax paper-lined cookie sheets and freeze until solid. Store frozen in Ziplock bags until ready to use.
Combine all sauce ingredients; stir until sugar dissolved. Place frozen meatballs in 13” x 9” baking pan, pour on the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 8-10.
Variation 1: use spaghetti sauce instead of barbecue sauce.
Variation 2: use recipe for a large meatloaf and spread a half recipe of the barbecue sauce on top.
