Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 can condensed tomato soup
15 oz. canned whole corn + liquid
1-2 t. chili powder
1 can olives, sliced
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1-1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 egg
3 T. oil
1/2 c. milk

Instructions
Brown ground beef and onion until cooked; drain grease. Stir in tomato soup, corn (not drained), chili powder, olives. Simmer while your make cornbread.
Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl combine egg, oil and milk. Mix well. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just blended.
Pour ground beef mixture into a greased baking dish (8” x 8” or 1-1/2 quart casserole). Spoon cornbread mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cornbread is done, about 20-30 minutes.
