4 eggs
3-1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. oil
4 c. flour
8 t. baking powder
2 T. sugar
1-2 t. salt

4 eggs 3 -1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. oil 4 c. flour 8 t. baking powder 2 T. sugar 1 -2 t. salt

Heat waffle iron.
Beat eggs until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients until just smooth.
Pour onto hot waffle iron and bake for 3 minutes until done.

Note: Feeds seven, may want to halve recipe.
