10 oz Ground beef
Green onion
Garlic
Ginger
Chinese 5 spice
Marsala
Gourmet
Sambal
1/4 c. Panko

Rice:
Garlic
Ginger

Instructions

Form golf ball sized meatballs
Quick sear and finish in oven in cast iron
OR: bake 450* top rack 14-16 min

Sauté rice stuff, add rice and broth/coconut water (1:1.5 ratio)
