Lemongrass beef by

Ingredients

Sirloin, skirt

Marinade:
1 T Garlic
1 T Ginger
1 T Shallots
2 T Lemongrass (bottom half of stalk)
2 T Fish sauce
1 T Soy sauce
3 T Sugar
1 T oil
1/2 T chili garlic
S/P
Water to thin out

Base:
Cucumber, carrots, red onion, noodles
Dressing: nước mắm

Toppings:
Fried shallots
Peanuts
Chilis or jalep
Lettuce

Instructions

Make marinade, cut beef into 1/4 inch slices longways

Soak skewers

Prep noodle salad base, make sure add-ins are small enough and toss all together, make dressing, prep toppings

Skewer beef, grill, toss salad, serve on lettuce wraps
