Ingredients

Beef: Bottom round (or fatty beef)
Rub: s/p, oregano, gar pow, cayanne, red pepper flakes, rosemary
on
gar
beef broth

Toppings: lettuce, jalep, tom, feta, red on, lemon

Tzatziki: greek yogurt (2 small), cucumber, garlic, cayenne, s/p, dill

Pitas

Instructions

Cube beef, pat dry, rub seasonings, sear, remove
saute on, gar
Add 1/2-3/4 C. beef broth
Pressure cook 90+ min, NR
add lemon squeeze

Tzatziki sauce:
Peel, grate cucumber, Salt cucumber and let sit 15 min, drain, rough chop
Mince gar, dill
Mix all together
