Ingredients

1-1.5 lb bottom round
on
bell pepper

Instructions

Saute on high onion & bell pepper; take out
Saute on high cut up pieces of beef; leave beef in
Add liquid/seasonings
Pressure cooker function 1 hour
Take out beef and shred
Saute on high liquid to reduce
Put beef, on, peppers back in

Serve with romaine, tom, jalep, red on, cheese, tortillas, lime
