Ingredients
brown bread
stew meat (chuck roast)
onion
gar
tom paste
celery
Large Guinness bottle
beef broth
carrots
pot
thyme, parsley, rosemary
Instructions
Make brown bread
Sear & remove meat
saute & deglaze 1 onion & 3 gar cloves & 1 T tom paste
Add & saute celery
Sprinkle 3 T flour on top
Add & boil down 1 guinness bottle
Add beef broth, cook down
Add 1 t sugar, 1 T worstchestshire, carrots, pot, thyme, parsley, bay leaf, beef
Add slurry if needed to thicken it
