flour
yeast
salt

Instructions

Mix 2 c. flour, 2 pkts yeast, 2 t. salt
add 2 c. warm water
beat and scrape
add 3.5-4 c. flour
knead 8-10 min.
rise 1-1.5 hrs
punch down, divide, rise 10 min.
roll out, shake
moisten and seal seam, taper ends
seam side down on cornmeal
rise 45 min
diag. cuts
egg wash
375* for 40-45 min.
