Ingredients
1 1/4 c. butter - freeze 10 min
1/2 c. Ice cold water
1/4 t salt
1 t sugar
2 c. flour

Instructions
Mix dry
Grate butter, tossing in flour as you go
Add water
Mix w spatula 1st
Knead into rough dough quickly
Tri-fold
Chill 2 hrs
Work in quarter chunks. Roll out, tri-fold 2+ times
With plastic to go container, makes 20-25 circles
Water to seal, fork to crimp
