Ingredients

Garden Tom, basil
Gar
Pasta
Chix
Frozen gar bread

If it’s dinner and it’s not ready by 8p then make it ahead of time

Instructions

Ital rub on chix, cook slow in butter, rest, cube
Saute gar
Add tom whole, cook down, use chopsticks to remove skins.
Add julienned basil
Add pasta water, 1 T butter, parm to create sauce
Add chix, pasta, fresh julienned basil
Serve over gar bread
