Ingredients

1-2 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 clove garlic
2-3 shakes of hot pepper flakes
1 can tomato paste
3 cans of water(tomato paste can)

Instructions
Brown Meat, drain fat
Add water
Mix in all ingredients
Simmer for up to one hour checking frequently
