Marinate steak for at least 4 hours, however overnight is best.
Ingredients
1/4 cup EVO
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Ketchup
1 TBSP Red Wine or Balsamic Vinegar
1 TSP Grated Fresh Ginger
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. Enough Marinade for 1 steak
