Crockpot Bavarian-style Round Steak with read onions and Noodles by

Ingredients
2 large red onions, cut in slices (thin)
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp beef base (better than bouillon is best)
2.5 pounds beef round steak, trimmed and cut into bite-size portions
1 tbsp flour
1 pkg wide egg noodles

pkg wide egg noodles
Instructions
Place onions on bottom of crockpot.
Top with brown sugar, vinegar, salt and beef base.
Top with beef, sprinkle with flour
Cook on low for 7-8 hours
15 minutes before serving, cook and drain noodles
Pour mixture over noodles and enjoy!
