Ingredients
4 cups + 1 peach ..... peeled and sliced
7/8 cup sugar
5 or 6 tablespoons flour, depending on the juiciness of the fruit
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Put in pie shell and bake at 350 for 35 - 45 minutes.
Note: lattice the top crust for effect.
