Ingredients
           crumb cake
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 small pkg. whipped topping mix (dream whip)
1 cup warm water
2 tsp vanilla
           Topping
4 cups flour
1 lb melted butter or margarine (I use butter)
3 tsp cinnamon
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
confectioners sugar

lb melted butter or margarine (I use butter)

1/3 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
Mix together cake mix, eggs, topping mix, warm water and vanilla in a bowl for about 4 mins.  Pour into greased cookie sheet with sides that are at least 1 inch deep.  Bake at 350 deg. for 20 mins.
TOPPING:  In a separate bowl, while cake is in the oven, combine flour, butter, cinnamon and granulated sugar with a fork.  Spoon or use hands to make crumbs.
Remove cake from oven and spread or sprinkle topping over cake.  Return to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes.  Remove from oven and cool.  When completely cooled sprinkle confectioners sugar over the top.
