Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

cornstarch

Instructions
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and hot sauce. Set aside.
Marinate shrimp in buttermilk for at least 20 minutes.
In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan to 375°F (190°C).
Remove shrimp from buttermilk, dredge in the flour mixture, and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Toss fried shrimp in the sauce mixture and serve immediately.
