Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Bar-B-Q sauce.

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
4. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch (23x13 cm) loaf pan.
5. mix 1/2 the ketchup mixture into the beef mixture, mix well
6. Before baking spread the remaking ketchup mixture over the top of beef mixture
7. Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F (71°C).
8. Let the meatloaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
