Ingredients
2 cups sliced yellow onions
1 1 1/2 lb beef flank steak or beef bottom round steak cut across the grain into 4-6 portions
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp packed dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp grated ginger
5 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp corn starch
4 cups fresh broccoli florets

Instructions
PLace onion and meat in a 6qt electric pressure cooker. In a small bowl combine broth,soy sauce,hoisin,brown sugar,vinegar,ginger,and garli; pour over meat mixture. Lock lid. Set on high pressure. Cook for 15 minutes. Immediately release the pressure. Remove meat; cover to keep warm. In a small bowl combine 3 Tbsp of water and the corn starch. Stir into cooking liquid cooker. Add broccoli. Using the sauté setting, cook and stir until the cooking liquid is thickened and bubbly and the broccoli is crisp-tender.
