Cranberry-pineapple sauce by

Ingredients
1 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple
2 12 ounce pkgs of cranberries
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups walnuts... Chopped
1tbs lemon juice
1  14 ounce can of mandarin

Instructions
Drain pineapple thoroughly in a sieve over bowl.  Push the pineapple against sieve to drain extra juice.  Drain oranges and reserve juice.  Add water to reserved juices to make 2 cups liquid.  Place in saucepan.  Add cranberries and sugar.  Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil.  Boil gently until most of the berries pop and the mixture is thick , stirring occasionally.  Remove from heat.  Transfer to bowl and cool.  Add in drained pineapple, oranges, walnuts, and lemon juice.  Chill for 24 hours.
