Ground beef (4 oz per burger)
Shallot
Brie
Bacon
Buns (potato are best)
Instructions
Carmelize shallots, combine with meat, avo oil, and spices of choice
Form into thin patties, cook 3-4 min per side
Top with Brie (add right after flipping so it melts (cover with lid) and bacon
Top with jam/preserves if wanted!
