Brown Gravy by

Ingredients

minced garlic
minced shallot
Thyme (for meatloaf recipe)
4 beef bullion
4 tbsp butter
1/4 flour
2 cups boiling water

Instructions

Melt butter over medium heat.

Add minced shallot, garlic, and thyme (if using). Stir until shallot is softened, 3-4 minutes.

Sprinkle flour into pan, stir vigorously to combine.

Whisk bullion in boiling water, add to pot.

Bring to simmer and cook until thickened, 3-4 minutes.

Add S&P as needed
