Ingredients
2-3 chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
diced onion
minced garlic
chicken broth (1-2 cups)
tomato paste (4-6 tbsp, or 2-3 ice cubes)
heavy cream (3/4 to a cup)
grated parm (optional, from the shaker bottle)

-3 chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
Instructions
Saute onion/garlic/chicken, remove chicken.
Deglaze pan with butter and broth.
Add tom paste, heavy cream, cheese.
Add back in chicken, simmer and stir.
Serve with rice.
