French Toast Casserole by

If freezing, seal bread mixture tightly, store topping in separate Ziploc bag, thaw completely (overnight in fridge) then add topping and bake.
Ingredients
1 loaf brioche bread
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
TOPPING:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick cold butter
1

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Grease casserole pan (prefer 9x13) with butter.
Cut bread into cubes; whisk all other ingredients together and pour over bread.
Add topping ingredients in a bowl and fold in butter until it resembles pebbles. (Best way to do is grate the butter into small pieces. Try not to hold butter with your hand)
Sprinkle topping on top, bake for 45m-1hour
