24 oz bag Frozen Broccoli

1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup Fat Free Fairlife Milk
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Start by seasoning your chopped chicken with 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 Tbsp onion powder, a little salt, and 1 Tbsp corn starch.
Mix to coat and set aside.
2. Thaw your broccoli in the microwave, drain any excess water, and set aside. If your broccoli pieces are large, you can chop them up.
3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and get your pasta started.
4. While your pasta is cooking heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add in 1 Tbsp of oil. Once your oil is hot add in your chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
5. Once your chicken is cooked through and has a nice color on the outside, add in 1/2 cup garlic buffalo sauce, mix to coat, reduce the heat to low and let this simmer while your finish your pasta.
6. When your pasta is done cooking, strain it, return it back to the pot, add in the packets of cheese powder and 1/2 cup of milk. Mix until creamy.
7. Add in your thawed broccoli, mix everything together, give it a taste, and add salt and pepper to preference.
