Ingredients
DOUBLE RECIPE if you want leftovers! (4c noodles)
2 cups egg noodles (3 for more "noodly")
1 lb ground beef
8-10 chopped mushrooms
Green onions
Garlic salt
Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom
1 cup sour cream (cream cheese will work too)
Optional: frozen peas (make and serve alongside)

sour cream (cream cheese will work too)
Instructions
Cook noodles until tender, 8-10 minutes.
Brown beef, drain fat, set aside.
Saute mushrooms and green onions with garlic salt and pepper. Add beef back in.
Add soup and sour cream and then to low heat.
Cover pan and cook until noodles are done, 10 ish minutes.
Drain noodles and add to pot and stir together.
