Ingredients
- 2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers. (4 small or 2 large)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 tablespoon coarse grind black pepper
Instructions
- Place cucumber slices in a medium bowl. sprinkle with salt, stir in onions.
- Mix vinegar,sugar, dill weed, pepper in a small bowl.Pour over cucumber mixture, toss lightly, cover.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. toss before serving.
Servings: 6
