Cucumber Salad by

Ingredients
-1-2 Large Cucumbers
-2 large tablespoons of mayo
-1 tablespoon of vinegar
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
-black pepper
-garlic powder
-onion powder
-1 small onion
-salt
Instructions
-Peel and slice cucumbers and onion into a bowl. Add a generous sprinkling of salt and onion poowder, toss well.
-Put into fridge 3 or 4 hours or overnight until the juice is being released from the cucumber.
-Remove from fridge, pour a bit of juice out if needed, but leave most of it in.
-Add mayo, vinegar and sugar,sprinkle black pepper and garlic powder, mix well.
