Ingredients

2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup International Delight Light Iced Coffee in Vanilla
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Green food coloring (optional)
Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients (excluding mint leaves) in a blender to your desired consistency. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
