Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer to 350 degrees. Prepare the Air Fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray, olive oil spray, or parchment paper.
Slice the potatoes into 1/4" sections, careful not to cut all the way through the potato.
Add olive oil and seasoning to a small bowl and mix well until combined.
Use a pastry brush and brush half of the mixture onto the potatoes.
Bake the potatoes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Open the basket and brush the remainder of the mixture to the potatoes and continue to cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Remove from the Air Fryer and sprinkle parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
You can reheat Hasselback potatoes in the Air Fryer. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 5 minutes, or until completely heated through.
One of the easiest ways to make sure you don't cut completely through the potato is by using chopsticks on either side of the potato. Slice down to the chopstick and it will serve as the stopping point, keeping you from cutting slices completely through.
