Ingredients
5 cups oyster crackers
1/2 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Kosher salt

Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line baking pan with foil. Spread crackers evenly on baking sheet, set aside.
3. In medium saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar, Stir constantly and bring to boil and boil 2 minutes. Remove mixture from heat and stir in 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Pour on top of crackers. Use rubber spatula to stir and coat crackers evenly with mixture.
4. Bake crackers 10 minutes until bubbly all over.
5. While crackers browning, combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
6. When crackers are done, remove pan and sprinkle immediately with salty mixture evenly.
7. Let crackers cool and break into pieces.
8. Serve immediately or store in airtight container up to a week.
