Serves 2.

1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa
60ml strong coffee
30ml milk
30ml cream
60ml brandy
squooshie cream

1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon cocoa 60 ml strong coffee 30 ml milk 30 ml cream 60 ml brandy

Stir the sugar and cocoa into the coffee.

Add cream and milk.

Heat just below simmer.

Pour into cups and add brandy.

Stir, then top with squooshie cream.
