CINDY'S GREEN CHILI CHICKEN QUESADILLAS by

You can substitue 1 pound of browned & drained ground beef.
Ingredients
1 cup cooked chicken; shredded
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can green chilis
1/2 cup whole kernel corn (Mexi Corn if available)
2 sliced green onions
1/2 packette of taco seasoning
10 fajita size tortillas
sour cream
your favorite salsa
chopped cilantro
1 cup
cooked chicken; shredded
2 cup
s shredded cheddar cheese
1 can
green chilis
1/2 cup
whole kernel corn (Mexi Corn if available)

packette of taco seasoning

fajita size tortillas
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and spread each tortilla with this mixture.
Carefully roll each tortilla into a neat little package. In a large skillet with a quick spray of Pam, over medium heat, cook each tortilla, turning until cheese is melted. Being careful not to burn yourself, cut each round into 1/2 & service with sour cream, salsa and chopped cilantro.
