DIJON MUSHROOM BEEF by

You can also service this with rice (I use instant). I've used both and it's good!

Ingredients

1/2 pound fresh mushrooms (any variety); sliced
1 large sweet onion; sliced
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2-4 1 pound beef sirloin steaks; thinly sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
2 heaping tablespoons Dijon mustard
hot, cooked, egg noodles

Instructions

In a large skillet saute the mushrooms & onion in the oil over medium high heat. Cook until just tender. Remove & set aside. In the same skillet cook the beef steaks until no longer pink. Add the soup, milk, mustard. Return the onions & mushrooms. Reduce heat, cook & stir until sauce is thinckened. Servce over hot, cooked, noodles.
