Ingredients
1 sm. pkg of ham lunch meat (2.5 oz)
1 sm. onion (~ 1/4 cup)
1/2 c shredded cheese (either Swiss or Cheddar)
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 pkg (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls

pkg (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Finely chop ham and onion. Place in mixing bowl. Add cheese, egg, mustard, and pepper. Mix well.
Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
Unroll crescent rolls and press into one large rectangle.
Cut into 24 pieces.
Press into mini muffin cups. Fill with ham filling.
Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden.
