Everyone is surprised at how delicious this super healthy shake is. If you can get past the green color, the taste is fantastic.
Ingredients
1 banana (preferably frozen)
2 stalks kale, hard ends removed
2 huge spoonfuls almond butter
Spoonful coconut oil (optional)

Instructions
Blend ingredients. Consistency will be like yogurt so serve with spoon. To make thinner, add milk until desired consistency is reached. Will be room temperature, so add ice cubes if a cold shake is preferred.
