Chai Snickerdoodles by

Ingredients
Dough:
- 2 3/4 C flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 t _chai spice mix_
- 1 C softened butter
- 1 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 t vanilla extract
Rolling Spice:
- 1/4 C granulated sugar
- 2 t _chai spice mix_
_Chai Spice Mix_
- 2 1/2 T ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 T cardamon
- 2 T ground cloves
- 1 1/4 T ground coriander
- 1 1/4 T ground ginger
- 1 1/4 T white pepper
- 1/2 t salt
Instructions
For Chai Spice Mix:
- Combine ingredients.
For Rolling Spice:
- Combine ingredients.
For Cookies:
- Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Gradually blend in dry ingredients.
- Roll dough into about 1 1/2 in. balls. Coat in Rolling Spice. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Slightly flatten cookies with a class that has been dipped in sugar.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Preheat oven to 375. Sprinkle tops of cookies with Chai Spice Mix.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool. Remove from pan.
