Apple Pie Filling by

I used vestabowles crisco pastry mix for the crust and top.
Ingredients
6 apples, peeled and sliced
Lemon juice
3/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/3 C flour
1 t ground cinnamon
1/2 ts ground nutmeg

Instructions
Mix apples and lemon juice together
Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg to apples
Put apple mixture into pie crust
Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees
Reduce tempature to 350 degrees; bake for 30-35 minutes
Servings: 1
